Terms of service
The agreement between Sooquna and merchants who use it.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Your account
To use Sooquna you create an account with a valid email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and the information you give us must be accurate.
Your store and content
Your store, products, images, customer lists and other content stay yours. You give Sooquna the permission needed to host, copy, display and deliver that content so we can run your store. You are responsible for what you sell and publish, for the prices and descriptions you show, and for following the consumer, tax and other laws that apply to your business.
Plans, trials and payment
New stores start with a free trial of the length shown on our pricing page; no card is needed to start. We email you before the trial ends. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice. Sooquna is in early access: we will tell you in advance before any paid plan starts, and nothing is charged without your agreement. Sooquna takes no fee on your sales.
Payment providers and couriers
Payments from your customers go through the payment provider you connect (such as SkipCash, Sadad, MyFatoorah or Tap), and deliveries through the couriers you choose. Your contract for those services is with the provider, under their terms and fees. Sooquna passes orders and payment status between your store and those services but does not hold your customers' money.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable use policy. You may not use Sooquna to sell illegal, counterfeit or dangerous goods, to mislead or defraud people, to send unsolicited messages, or to attack or overload the service or other stores.
Ending the service
You can stop using Sooquna and close your store at any time, and export your products and customers before you do. We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts customers or the service at risk; where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. After a store is closed we delete its data within 90 days, except what we must keep by law.
Liability
We work to keep Sooquna available and secure, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Sooquna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Sooquna grows. For important changes we will email the store owner at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Sooquna after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can close your store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
