Help

How can we help?

Answers to the questions merchants ask most. Can't find yours? Write to us.

Getting started

How long does it take to open a store?

You can create a store in a few minutes. Most merchants spend a few days adding products and photos. Sample products help you practise and can be removed with one click.

Can my store be in Arabic?

Yes. Choose Arabic, English or both when you create your store. The storefront, checkout, emails and invoices follow each buyer's language, and the admin works in Arabic too.

Can I move my products from another platform?

Yes. Import products and customers from a CSV spreadsheet. Talk to us if you're moving a large catalogue.

What are sample products?

When you create a store you can start with sample products, customers and orders to see how everything works. They never send emails or charge anyone, and you remove them with one click.

Payments and payouts

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Sooquna charges no transaction fee on any payment provider. Your payment provider charges its own fees under your agreement with them.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Cash on delivery, bank transfer and any manual method you describe, plus online payments through SkipCash, Sadad, MyFatoorah or Tap Payments, and pay later with PayLater, Tabby or Tamara, depending on your country.

When do I get paid?

Your payment gateway pays you directly into your bank account on its own schedule. Sooquna never holds your money.

How do I connect SkipCash?

Open a SkipCash merchant account, then paste your keys into Settings, Payments in your Sooquna admin. Your SkipCash account receives the payments.

Is QNB available?

Not yet. QNB's gateway is coming soon. Until then you can take cards through SkipCash, Sadad, MyFatoorah or Tap in Qatar.

How does cash on delivery confirmation work?

When a buyer chooses cash on delivery, Sooquna can ask them to confirm the order on WhatsApp before you ship it. Unconfirmed orders are easy to spot.

Shipping and delivery

Which couriers can I use?

Aramex, DHL Express and NBOX, with rates at checkout, labels and tracking. You can also set up your own delivery zones, fees and time slots, or offer store pickup.

Can I ship outside Qatar?

Yes. Aramex and DHL Express ship internationally, and you can set shipping zones and rates for each country.

Your store

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every store gets an address on sooquna.store, and you can connect a domain you own. We issue and renew the SSL certificate.

Can my team work in the store?

Yes. Add staff accounts with roles that limit what each person can see and do. The number of staff accounts depends on your plan.

Plans and billing

How much does Sooquna cost?

Plans start at QAR 33 a month after a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a card to start. See the pricing page for every plan.

What happens when my trial ends?

We email you before your trial ends. Sooquna is in early access, so your store keeps running after the trial for now. We'll tell you well in advance before paid plans start, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll move your store to another plan. When paid billing starts, you'll be able to change plans yourself in your admin.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There's no contract and no notice period. You can export your products and customers whenever you like; email [email protected] to close your store, and we delete its data within 90 days.

Data and security

Where is my data stored?

Sooquna's servers and database are in DigitalOcean's data centre in Bangalore, India. Images and files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and delivered through Cloudflare's global network. Data is encrypted in transit, and payment provider keys are also encrypted at rest.

How is my account protected?

Sign in with passkeys or a password with two-step verification. Every action in your admin is recorded in the activity log.
